UNIST annuallly calls applications by professors and undergraduate students for Undergraduate Interdisciplinary Research Project (UIRP). Our proposal utilizing machine learning in nuclear fusion research got applications from 6 undergrad. students and finally school awarded research grant.

This group, named “NEUMA (NEUral plasMA)”, consisting of 6 undergrad, 1 grad, and 1 professor officially is supposed to carry out the proposed research from May to Dec. 2021.

We are very excited to have the new undergraduate researchers!!!
